The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module provides an easy method for capturing and managing communications with tenants. The CRM module provides a single area to maintain client correspondence throughout every aspect of the client life cycle – from application entry through end of participation. CRM will save you time when reporting to HUD, by automatically tracking and updating required reports like applications received, rejected and processed. Lindsey has also integrated with Tenant PI to help save time and money by doing batch screening processing. One client in Arizona was requested by HUD to screen all of their tenants.
