John Lindsey – CEO

John Lindsey is a third-generation leader of Lindsey Software Systems. Prior to joining Lindsey, John began his career with Reynolds and Reynolds, providing management software and professional services to car dealerships. He joined Lindsey full-time in 1996 providing training and customer support. In 1997, he worked on the first version of Windows products released to Lindsey clients. He was involved in every aspect of the project from development, to sales, training, and customer support. Currently, as CEO, John’s contributions remain in all areas as he continues to lead by ensuring the products offered incorporate the latest technology and advancements available. You can even catch him today taking an occasional sales or support call. His goal, consistently, is to provide all clients with superior software and services that allow them to run their business as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Trey Lindsey- Chairman of the Board

Trey Lindsey is a third-generation leader and Chairman of the Board.  Trey’s time spent driving sales at SMI Imaging primed him for success with Lindsey Software.  When joining the company in 1992, he launched offices in Dallas for sales and programming which lead to the growth and development of the southwest region, specifically in Texas.  Lindsey Software still holds high market share in this area due to Trey’s drive and success.  Trey was also able to grow the Lindsey customer base significantly by launching a dealer network partnership of multi-state sales teams.  Today, Trey serves as Chairman of the Board and is actively attending tradeshows as well as troubleshooting IT issues that clients occasionally have.  He is constantly engaging with the customer to continue to build relationships and give that personal touch for a best in class customer experience.

Collins Andrews

Collins Andrews joined the Board of Directors at Lindsey Software in 2011.  Collins began his 40-year career as an engineer and evolved through technical, management and executive roles to become a significant contributor to some of the country’s fastest-growing companies. Along the way he created a start-up manufacturing business, had a long career with a successful information technology company and provided significant support for the careers of hundreds of professionals.  Companies have included Systematics, Alltel Information Services (now FIS), Acxiom Corporation and the ESI Group.  He is currently a consultant, author and the Executive-in-Residence for FIS at The Venture Center in Little Rock. In the Executive-in-Residence role, he represents FIS and its banking clients in the selection and mentoring of participating companies with the 12-week residential FIS FinTech Accelerator in Partnership with The Venture Center.

Steve Bova

Steve Bova joined the Lindsey Software Board of Directors in 2011.  Steve has held executive positions in global banking and international business with companies such as Alltel Information Systems (now FIS) and Technisource, where he personally developed businesses in more than 20 countries and managed private mergers and acquisitions.   After several decades, Steve expanded into management consulting services and has now been advising CEOs and executive teams regarding strategy and operational performance for the past several years.  He is also an investor in public and private companies, including many start-ups with a focus on technology, science solutions, and services.
