Applicants call your housing authority. Your phone system automatically transfers the call to My Waiting List. The system will ask them if they prefer English, Spanish or Haitian Creole. My Waiting List will ask them to enter their SSN and their DOB. My Waiting List will tell them every wait list they are on and their position.
