Quality Assurance/Software Trainer
Lindsey Software, the industry’s leading provider of property management software, seeks talented individuals to join our Training Team and work with our national client base. Each trainer works with our clients to develop a comprehensive conversion and implementation strategy and trains on the entire suite of Lindsey Software modules. Excellent communication skills are required. Our trainers travel 6-8 nights per month.
At Lindsey Software, a willingness to learn will be your key to advancement with our growing company. We focus on employee training to make you a valued part of the team in the shortest time possible.
Teach you the industry: You start with a 6-week training course in our NLR office on the housing industry.
Teach you the product: You travel with a partner for 2 months to learn how our company trains on the software. After 4 months, you should have a thorough understanding of the industry and our product.
You determine your advancement: As a successful member of the training team, you earn the opportunity to receive additional compensation for any revenue you generate while training. Once you become an experienced software user, you can provide sales assistance by presenting the product for our sales team. All trainers are compensated for sales assistance.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent is required. At least 6 hours of accounting coursework is preferred.
