NAHRO Provides Tools to Estimate 2012 Voucher Funding
HUD expects to notify PHAs of their final 2012 Housing Assistance Payment allocation and offsets (if applicable) by mid-February 2012. This can be challenging to PHAs as they operate in limbo while waiting for the information.
To help PHAs maximize their voucher leasing during this period, NAHRO has provided members with spreadsheets to help estimate their 2012 HAP budget authority and NRA offset.
