These training courses, offered in multiple sessions, will provide full Lindsey training. Our training webinars allow you to sign up for one session, or the entire course – whatever training you need! Each training session will provide software training from a Lindsey Software Consultant, training materials, and a test at the end, to check for understanding. At the completion of each course (all three sessions), you will receive a certificate showing that you have completed the training course.

Session 1 will cover the basics … charges and recurring charges. We will also cover credits, debits and the proper way to use them. This session will also cover credit to unearned rent and when to use them instead of a credit memo.
Session 2 will cover security deposits, formal agreements, and collection loss creation / credit. We will also cover the difference between accepting payments in Accounts Receivable vs. the Receipt System and how it affects your overall records. This session will also cover voids and applying late charges.
Session 3 will cover how to print checks to tenants and void checks to tenants, if needed. We will also cover the closing process and how to generate statements. The last part of this session will cover reports that are available to help you easily track information.
